Rent
The amount of the rent includes all charges included, including water, electricity package, supply of bed linen.
Electricity consumption: package of 60 kwt / week (8.5 kwt / day). Beyond: 0.1467 € / kwt hour BLUE RATE.
Gas consumption (heating + hot water): rational and ecological consumption.

Deposit
To reserve, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 30%.
The balance, to which is added the tourist tax, will be paid one month before the availability of the premises.
Security deposit
The tenant must pay the lessor on the day of taking possession of the premises the sum of € 600.00:
- € 500.00 as a security deposit to respond to damage that may be caused to objects lining the rented premises,
- 100, 00 € for the cleaning deposit.
The return of the security deposit will be made one week after departure, after deduction, where applicable, of the sums due by the tenant for:
- repairs or replacement of damaged or broken goods (except dishes and small equipment),
- hours of additional cleaning (15, 00 € / hour of additional cleaning carried out by a cleaning agent if "big cleaning")

Tourist tax
In addition to the price of your stay in this establishment, there is a tourist tax collected by the host on behalf of the Community of Communes of the Pays d'Iroise and the Departmental Council of Finistère. This tax is calculated according to the accommodation category and the number of people staying there.
For classified accommodation (in stars), prices are set in euros, per night and per person subject to the obligation, depending on the type and category of accommodation.

Tenants who have paid online via Abritel or Airbnb are exempt from the security deposit on arrival, as well as the payment of the tourist tax (paid directly to the site ).

Regulations
Payments can be made by check, bank transfer, Paypal, Stripe or ANCV holiday vouchers.
This site allows you to make a reservation and pay online via Paypal.
If you do not have a Paypal account, simply choose "other means of payment" and we will contact you to agree together on this means of payment.
You can also simply choose to contact us using the form on the last page and we will answer all your questions as soon as possible .
Terms of cancelation
The tenant paid the rent directly to the owner, by check, bank transfer, Paypal or ANCV checks, at no additional cost:
The deposit is acquired definitively by the owner, whatever the moment at which the cancellation by the tenant would intervene. Conversely, if the cancellation is due to the lessor, the latter must reimburse double the deposit to the tenant (art 1590 of the C.Civil).
The balance :
if it has not been paid, it cannot be claimed from the tenant,
The balance of reservations canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay may be reimbursed up to 100%,
The balance of reservations canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay may be refunded up to 50%,
Less than 14 days before the arrival date, the balance is no longer refunded.
Whatever the date of cancellation, if the property could be re-let, the balance is refunded in full.
If the tenant has paid the rental amount online (by credit card) on the Abritel or Airbnb sites, causing him additional costs, the cancellation policies are as follows:
SHELTER:
Reservations canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay may be reimbursed up to 100% (after deduction of Abritel costs).
Reservations canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay may be refunded up to 50% (after deduction of Abritel costs).
AIRBNB:
50% refund up to 7 days before arrival.

Grace period: If the reservation has been made at least 14 days before the day of arrival, travelers will be reimbursed in full if they cancel within 48 hours of booking.
